The COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic led to statewide shelter in place orders. For months, California residents have been required to stay home and only go out for necessities. Recently, counties throughout Southern California have started to lift some restrictions and allow more businesses and activities to begin again.
Los Angeles county is opening slowly–According to ABC 7 News, County officials are “working with industry leaders and health officials to safely make way for Los Angeles County to reopen by the Fourth of July.” Other Southern California counties, such as Orange County and Ventura County have already allowed for more businesses to open including modified dine-in at restaurants.
